Event Rules

The event rules listed below will be strictly enforced by event staff and security at all times. Failure to comply with these rules will result in ejection from the event without refund. These rules are for your safety and for the safety of others around you, this is a public event please behave appropriately. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Muddi Gras Staff

RULES

1. The speed limit is 15MPH everywhere on the property except for the Mud Hole.
2. No underage drinking.
3. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
4. No nudity, lewd or lascivious acts.
5. No cranes, stages, high lifts or lifting devices are permitted on the property.
6. No firearms or weapons of any kind.
7. No person or vehicle shall cross any fence line or posted area.
8. No ATV operations are permitted beyond the event boundaries.
9. No vehicle movements are permitted between 12:30 a.m. and daylight.
10. Any person operating a vehicle in a dangerous manner or with a disregard for the safety of others will be ejected from the event.
11. Any person judged by the event staff to be operating a vehicle whilst impaired will be ejected from the event.
12. No one under the age of 16 shall operate any vehicle on the property.
13. The mud hole will close at dusk and re-open at daylight. No exceptions.
14. No fighting or aggressive behavior.
15. NO OPEN FIRES. Manufactured approved cooking devices only.
16. No dumping of hazardous materials. (e.g. oil, gas or sanitary stations.)
17. Each person must have an appropriately secured wristband at all times.
18. No selling of any items (food, drinks, t-shirts, beads etc.)
19. No pets.
20. No performance ATV’s or two wheel dirt bikes.
21. No Glass bottles.
22. All attendees must comply with the instructions of event staff and security at all times.

PERSON(S) FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO EJECTION FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND. ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY EVENT PERSONNEL AND SECURITY, ENTERING THE EVENT SHOWS COMPLIANCE AND AKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR RULES.
